EXPLANATION: The system may panic during boot after installation of base-007 from Patch Set 7 if there are UFS file systems listed in /etc/vfstab and the fsckpass field for those file systems does not contain unique numbers for partitions on the same disk.

RESOLUTION: A change to the gd/Driver.o is forthcoming but until that time a workaround to overcome the panic would be to ensure that each partition of a disk that is a UFS file system has a unique fsckpass number in /etc/vfstab.
